About Nina
My work as a coach is based on the principles of Gestalt Therapy which belongs to the humanistic methods.
In working with you I see myself as your companion who supports you bring to the surface your unconscious thoughts, needs and attitudes. The technique is focused on the needs of my client at the present moment. Coaching enables us to see new options so that her interaction with her environment becomes harmonious and successful. Through coaching, we can find new options so that you become successful in dealing with her environment.
Our goal is to develop techniques and that I offer you choices and suggestions witch you can apply on your own in the future.
Ultimately, we want to experience life in the Here - and - Now.


What is Coaching?
Coaching is about a targeted, scientifically based and professional psychological approach to personal and work-related issues.
The difference between a coach and a psychological coach is the study of psychology, which alone is the prerequisite for a flexible technique and for the assessment of their own work.
My task is to support you in finding and / or achieving professional and personal goals.
During coaching I encourage and support you to see your situation clearly yourself and to distinguish what is good for you.
Through my training and professional experience, I can respond to your very personal needs.
